Question pools with per-student seeded draws: each candidate sees a different selection of questions, in a different order, with the answer choices shuffled differently — and the platform can re-derive every paper at grading time without ever storing it.
- Difficulty-stratified draws — fix the mix of easy, medium, and hard per paper so every student's exam is equally fair, never identical.
- Per-question timers — tight enough that looking answers up costs more than knowing them. All clocks are server-side; a device with a wrong clock changes nothing.
- Crash-proof by design — answers stream to the edge as students work. A dead battery, dropped connection, or closed laptop never zeroes an attempt.

Client-side tricks stop honest people. QuizlyHub assumes a hostile client: everything that matters — violation counts, deadlines, grading — is decided on the server, where a modified browser can't reach.
- Full proctoring signal set — fullscreen-exit detection, devtools watching, sustained tab-switch detection, and blocked copy, paste, and right-click for the whole attempt.
- Configurable strike thresholds — set the tolerance per exam. Strike out, and the server finalizes the attempt itself; a client that "forgets" to report gains nothing.
- Server-side time budgets — every attempt has a hard deadline computed on the server. Past it, only answers that actually arrived in time count.
- Every event on the record — violations are stamped onto the submission with type and count, feeding a live violations feed and per-student integrity breakdowns.
Attendance that can't be forwarded to a group chat.
The classic failure of online attendance is a code that leaks. QuizlyHub's check-in code is derived cryptographically and rotates every few minutes — by the time it's forwarded, it's already dead.
- Rotating codes, zero writes — the code is computed, not stored, so rotation costs nothing and can't drift. A grace window catches students typing as it flips.
- Projector board built in — a classroom screen shows the live code, the rotation countdown, the check-in count, and the active poll.
